Winter B Division Playoff Recap Game #11 

"Browns Boys complete an undefeated season and captures the division Championship"

The final three was exciting and as competitive as the A Division. The teams playing to advance to the championship game had played the best games of the year to advance to this semi-final game. With many fans in the stands both team displayed excellent gamesmanship and competitiveness throughout the competition.

Championship Game Highlights: Browns Boys verses WNBA Jam

Browns Boys advanced to the championship game by having a 1st round by, then defeating #3 Hoopster in the 2nd round which propelled them into the championship game. 

WNBA JAM advanced to the championship game by defeating #11 Lane Construction in the 1st round, #4 PCO in the 2nd round and #5 Super Nova in the 3rd round.

WNBA Jam was ready for this game simply because their playoff run was no more than spectacular! During the regular season they defeated a very good Hoopsters team, then went on to play excellent for the remaining season. During the post season they played against the best teams in the league to get to the championship game, so this was no accident.

Browns Boys wanting to remain undefeated wasn't looking for an upset in the final game of the season. Even though WNBA was coming in as the hottest team in the league that wasn't going to deter Browns Boys from imposing their will to capture the league championship

The game was back and forth as WNBA Jam was looking to place their name on the Hoop Magic Champions list. Jam took an early lead but as we have seen in throughout the season, Browns Boys resilient teamwork and excellent ball movement was a key element to the overall success of the team. Browns Boys is the only team to complete the regular season and post season undefeated! Congratulations on the great season!
